This is a cute Halloween wallhanging that is pretty easy to put together. There is some simple sewing involved (although I can do that part if you are uncomfortable with a machine) and making the fan things (don't know the official word) is easy but a little time consuming. Most of the things are applied with simple adhesive and a glue gun. This will take about an hour tops to make and everything is included. The finished size, excluding the ribbon on top, is 7"X11".
